After years of frustration and hopelessness for the fans, Eraserheads finally reunited - but to a one night, 45-minute concert only. Sounds good already than nothing at all. Millions of fans have been hoping for the band to reunite. Because after being disbanded, no possibilities of reconciliation was seen among the band members. Each members have their own set of bands already after the breakup.
The Eraserheads, which composed of Ely Buendia, Buddy Zabala, Marcus Adoro, and Raimund Marasigan, brought Pinoy rock in the Philippines in the 90's. Until now, their music lives on and the new generation of pinoy bands have made covers to their song - the Ultraelectromagnetic Jam 1 and 2.
Their upcoming reunion concert is on August 30, 2008 to be held at the CCP Open Grounds. Though this is a reunion concert, there is still no re-forming of the band.
